Description
Each of our rugs is a unique piece of art. We never make identical copies. Be sure that your rug will be one of a kind.
Our rugs will complement any interior, be it an apartment, a country house, or a palace. They will add the crowning glory even to the most exigent luxury projects.
Type of production: Handmade
Material: 5 mm polyester cord with a core. Material is pleasant to the touch, non-toxic, hypoallergenic, doesn’t fade in the sun, holds shape perfectly, washable, doesn’t create static electricity.
Number of colors: 2 colors
Dimensions: 209 x 337 cm (82 x 133 inches) All of our products are handmade, and rugs can vary in width and length depending on the size of the hook, the density of the cord, and stitches.

Shake out the rug periodically.

Vacuum without the brush attachment.

If heavily soiled – wash.

Machine wash or hand wash at 30° C (86° F).

Together we determine the final design and colors of your rug.

You make an advance payment of 50% of the total cost of the article.

Immediately after receiving an advance payment, we order a cord of the required colors from the supplier. We receive the cord within 10 – 14 days and start producing your rug.

Making the tapestry rug takes about 8 – 15 weeks. The duration of the work depends on the size of the rug and the number of colors used in the design, as well as on the number of orders at the moment. Terms of execution are discussed in advance before you pay a deposit.

As soon as the work is done, we send you photos and video of the finished product.

You pay the remaining amount for the order and delivery charges.

We arrange the delivery of the rug and provide you with the tracking number of the parcel.

You receive your rug and leave a review about our work.
Stock deliveries to Il-de-France region (France) addresses are free of charge and we endeavor to make them within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).
Other national and international deliveries are charged by volumetric weight and are calculated at the checkout. In-stock items are available within 5-16 business days depending on your destination. Made-to-order and custom pieces remain at a production time of 10 -16 weeks.
We deliver to most national and international destinations. Deliveries to all international (non-EU) addresses will take longer, but we try to send all orders by the quickest route possible.
*Please note, all delivery times are estimates, larger rug sizes, complex design, in particular, can take longer than the quoted time to produce. We will be in touch post order to confirm delivery times.
Time of delivery is not of the essence in this Agreement. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our reasonable control or delay due to any reasonable rescheduling of delivery.
