Frequently Asked Questions

When your order is dispatched by courier a delivery tracking number is emailed to you. This allows you to track the progress of your delivery and see which day your order will arrive. However, for larger orders that are delivered by one of our drivers, an email will be sent out on dispatch with the exact time and day your rug will be delivered.
